Snooker The Fine Art © Method

Dear Mr Global Snooker.
How are you kind sirs! With the sad demise of BBC/606, I (Mr Hey You) have been considering joining your site if you do not have a discrimination policy on Copyright holders.
The © subject in question is “Snooker The Fine Art Method”. Your conditions on members are quite clear and I am sure binding.

Whether I join you site or not mister GS I think it is only “Fair and Just” that that your members are fully aware that the laws on copyright are unequivocal.
The old “I didn’t know sir” or “Don’t I don’t recall sir” is seldom or ever accepted and the onus for clarity with no infringement of copyright should always be observed.

In fairness and justice to all “Site Members” the Fine Art © coaching method in time will become commercial and will enact a “Fine Art Snooker Policy” to all Copycats.
All “Fine Art” registered coaches will or can claim “Compensation” from all snooker coaches that has infringed “Copyright”.

The legal authority to coach the “Fine Art” method will include a tariff to help in legal costs. Every single “Fine Art” coach can claim compensation from any and every copycat coach.
The “Fine Art” fee sold and offered is an “Exclusive Method” of snooker coaching and it is only right that every copycat be answerable in court. Mr Hey You

PS. All “Fine Art” coaches will be advertised on Internet. There will be a central legal authority to access complaints and brief a local solicitor. DM
